New GIrl: GBH Suzannah

Cheery Smile , originally uploaded by JLP2000.

This little orphan arrived at our house on the last day of February. She is wearing her school uniform, but is hoping for something pretty to wear for Spring. She came from Ginger Brook Hollow, and was happy to find that her 8" counterpart was already here!

YAY! Congrats Jen! Don;t you just love Suzannah? She really is a sweet doll, but I can honestly say that about all the GBH dolls. There's just something special about them.

I can't wait to see what you decide to sew for her.

Enjoy!

Thanks, Bama! I am afraid that I probably won't get to sew for her as soon as I'd like. We have some big painting/redecorating projects going on here, and I need to work on making some wall quilts to really punch things up. When I do sew for her, you'll see it here!

Hi Jen; I just looked at your lovely blog and became a follower. I noticed that you were following me on my Bleuette blog. I have Meg; a sister of Suzannah. I love these dolls. I discovered them at UFDC convention last month in Anaheim. They are being discontinued so I got Meg half price.

Aren't they wonderful? Congrats on getting Meg!
