This cute little girl arrived on the postal bus today! She is trying on the name Joy. Jen suggested it to her, because she felt so joyful when Joy arrived. She is the 2012 Plusczokdolls Yahoo! group doll. This year, Heidi allowed members to select a sculpt and a wig from a list of dolls. Joy is the Heidi sculpt in the Lilli wig. She is borrowing one of Nicole Patrice's dresses. Nicole is a Bleuette, and this dress was one of the first that Jen made for her. Nicole also leant Joy a pair of sandals to wear. We have a couple Boneka dresses that Joy can wear, too, but this is the coolest thing we could find for Joy to wear on a day with a heat index exceeding 100F!

Aww, she's very sweet. Congratulations! And YIKES that is some seriously hot weather. Bleah! She's lucky to have some sandals and such a sweet little dress to stay cool in. :)

I love Joy to bits Jen, wonderful name. I saw her the day you posted and did not know previously of the Yahoo group. I marched right over and joined up! Barlee was nice enough to contact Heidi to let me purchase a group doll too, even though I'm a brand new member of the group - I am soooo excited! Now I have to pick which sculpt - yikes - they're all so cute! Best, Ann in NC

Hello! She is so sweet! I have always loved Heidi's dolls. I went to the Yahoo group that you mentioned and have joined! Barlee asked Heidi if it were too late for me to purchase a group doll and she said no! I am so excited. I had a hard time choosing the face, they are all so cute. I finally decided on the Heidi face as you did, I chose the Heidi wig as well. =0)
